Xtreme Auto Detailing, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an appointment at any given time.

 

Appointments are made by telephone (512.487.4873) or by our online appointment form.

 

Cancellations will be accepted by telephone, text or e-mail, and must be received in advanced 12 hours before the designated appointment. 

 

If Xtreme Auto Detailing, Inc. does not receive a notice 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee which will be added on your final bill.

 

Cancellation requests must include the first & last name on appointment, time & date of appointment, and a rescheduling time & date request. *Please note you will not be guaranteed your new appointment date but we will get you as close as possible to the selected time*

 

Our cancellation policy applies to all clientele.
